The Pride That is the American Flag

The use of world flags as symbols of sovereignty is already accepted throughout the globe. The signs and design pattern on any country’s flag has its own meaningful background and reasons for such. For instance, the red, white, and blue pattern on the US flag has its own definition, along with the stars and stripes, the latter being the representation of the different states that comprise the great sovereign nation. Proudly made and used, these flags are used almost anywhere, from households to government offices.

Lapel badges are considered as a symbol of pride worn on the clothing, and as the name suggests on the lapels of suits. Citizens become patriots by pledging allegiance to the American sovereign, while foreigners here and abroad who wear them as well become staunch supporters.

Even websites affiliated with the American sovereign display virtual flags of varying sizes and instance. Some have their virtual flags waving, while some have their virtual flags still and proudly displayed in the most serene condition. Even the symbol of Old Glory has been from time and time again been used as a means of patriotic propaganda and driving force for everyone to be a part of.

Even after the ill-fated 9/11 attacks, the American power and might have risen from the ashes and have seen this as a great opportunity to even up the fervor of the Americans and supporters to be vigilant and be ever fighting for the justifiable cause.

While these US flags may differ in size from as small as a pin or lapel badge, to a full sized flag, the meaning and the glory of the US will forever stand tall and proud with each wave of the flag it is represented by.
