US Flags for Indoor and Outdoor Use

Many people think that US flags are only seen on Independence Day. The truth is, these can often be found in several other events and holidays throughout the year. US flags are sold by many retailers and feature the blue, red, white, stripes and stars for both indoor and outdoor use. People should carefully consider the specific event or activity to use the flags for so that they can also determine the relative dimensions that will suit the place. Choose the location carefully for the flag to stay visible.

Think of the many ways that you can use the US flags for. First of all, determine if the flag is supposed to be placed inside or outside the building. When placed outside, find out how many hours at a time the flag will be displayed. Also find out how many flags are needed and the specific dimensions of each. Those who are planning a big event with a lot of people might want to go for the smaller version, also called stick flags. These are miniature versions attached to a stick that people can easily wave.

US flags should be selected well depending where these are placed. The material and sewing method should be right for the particular purpose. Putting the flag outside for too long will lead to fading so it’s best to choose the right material like polyester or nylon and have everything sewn. Indoor flags can be made of printed polyester or cotton. The type of material used and the method of making the flag will determine the durability and strength for long periods.
