I visited a birthday party of a Jewish guy the previous day and noticed how much he appreciates the United States of America. His birthday cake featured blue, red and white candles and several other decorations in the area were also of the same tones. There were a number of items used which suggested the American theme such as the red and white stripes and the blue and white stars.
Seeing the trick candles gave me a unique idea of coming up with US Flags that are fire-retardant. I thought about people in other countries especially in the Middle East protesting against their government and taking their national flags with them to burn on the streets. Having fire-retardant banners would actually work for the government’s advantage, considering that the material no longer burned. Should the material fail to burn or turn to ashes, there would no longer be any reason to keep on using these during protests.
Another great idea would be to cover the US flags with fire-retardant layers of special material that would protect the fabric or cloth against lighters, torches and matches. As a result, the flag may still feature a variety of sparks and bright colors but will never burn. The flag will continue to survive regardless of how people might treat it. It may actually be a good idea to bring these flags in various places and demonstrate to people how to keep their homes protected by investing in fireproof flags instead of the regular material.
