We just celebrated the Fourth of July with much joy and fun. It is one of the most anticipated holidays of the year and marks the beginning of summer. Memorial Day is another national celebration that brings in summer, while Independence Day is the main event that introduces more activities. The two national holidays are a great way to look back and remember the biggest heroes that led the United States to achieve freedom and independence.
The American Flag has always been looked up to with pride. People raise and wave it proudly especially in the summer. You will see several government buildings and streets featuring the Stars and Stripes as well as the colors white, blue and red. Many people in New England will display the flag in front of their houses.
From the house, there’s a street that leads to a small church in a corner. There were two streets that intersect in the place. One leads to New York and the next moves toward the Connecticut coast. The major street in the place is such as majestic sight. It is one of my favorite streets because you can see young and old individuals strolling, jogging or walking. The road is about two miles if you head down and back. The road has shops, old homes and a beautiful fountain.
During the past days, more and more people have been going to the little church. On its front lawn, a display featuring 5000 American Flags becomes the main attraction in celebration of Independence Day.
