If you want to enhance team relationships, you can try out a team building event such as a flag party to boost up fellowship. There’s really no more powerful thing that can uphold the spirit of your comrades than by having a custom flag for your team and for theirs.

You can set a day or schedule for your troop to make a team of their own or you can set the team members of each team yourself. After this, set up an activity that will let the members know each other well to break the social boundary between them.

Once the flags are completed, then the next step you can do is to facilitate a contest for the different teams. It can be an activity that will directly involve their flags or it can be a form of contest where they can use their flags for representation purpose only. A good example activity is a flag raising contest.
Recognition
Of course, you need to give awards to those teams who won. You can also let the overall team winner a chance to raise its flag to the zone of winners or to the Hall of Fame. This will encourage the losing team as well as the current champion to persevere to win. This is crucial to the development of their team work.
